📋 Description

• Assist in contemporaneous and after-the-fact evaluations of Design and Construction Deficiencies and Defects • Provide expert advice and independent professional opinions • Develop practical solutions as well as robust liability and entitlement analysis, delay and cost/quantum analysis • Present findings in visual presentations and expert reports for mediation, dispute resolution boards, arbitration panels, and in court

🎯 Requirements

• A NCARB-certified Architect • Licensed in more than one state • Experience Testifying • Ability to generate Revenue for a global leader in the advisory and disputes space
