• We're seeking a qualified sales representative to drive sales of our market-leading Climate products and services in North America (US and Canada). • The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships with clients, working with internal experts to define Scopes of Work, and closing deals.
• Generate leads and build relationships with existing and potential customers • Develop business development strategies using comprehensive data analysis of internal and external market data • Adjust business development techniques and customer-facing communications, and recommend changes in products and services, according to results in the field and market developments • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories • Follow a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and periodic analyses • Coordinate with other sales representatives and consulting staff in the development and execution of sales and marketing activities • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing publications, and establishing personal networks.
