Description

• Lead the development and execution of a QMS framework for Climate Resilience and Decarbonization business line • Design, implement, and operationalize a best practice QMS, focusing on carbon accounting • Collaborate closely with teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement • Develop and manage knowledge management programs to capture and utilize knowledge assets • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaborative workflows among service lines and project teams

Requirements

• Proactive individual who identifies areas for enhancement and instils a commitment to quality • Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) • Ability to conduct audits and assessments using advanced analytics and AI tools • Strong communication skills to effectively convey the vision and objectives of the QMS • Experience in providing strategic guidance on best practice QA approaches • Ability to design and deliver QA/QC training to various stakeholder groups • Knowledge in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications
