β€’ This position follows a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time schedule. β€’ Become a digital, global citizen and enable the new generation of digital entrepreneurs around the world. β€’ AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform to sell any product, through any channel, on any device - as a service. β€’ We power millions of subscriptions worldwide for organizations. β€’ The Cloud Sales Order Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing cloud support operations, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless marketplace fulfillment. β€’ You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks such as deal registrations, quoting cloud services, managing orders, and overseeing the fulfillment process for SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions. β€’ Your expertise will contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and collaboration with various teams to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Business or Information Technology or related fields. β€’ 1+ years of experience in quoting and ordering operational support , with expertise in cloud services. β€’ 1+ years of experience in procuring and managing SaaS & IaaS technology subscriptions. β€’ Proficiency with Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Hubspot.com, and various business software applications (Zendesk, Jira, Asana, SmartSheet). β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of quotes and orders, while maintaining attention to detail. β€’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external providers. β€’ Experience managing 3rd party-delivered services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
