• Review, validate, and quality-check all leads before delivery • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and patterns to improve data accuracy • Provide feedback and corrective actions to the lead gen team • Allocate daily and weekly campaigns to the team based on priorities • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution • Oversee daily activity within the lead gen team • Track performance, maintain workload balance, and escalate issues when needed • Assist with training and onboarding new team members • Maintain internal tracking sheets, reports, and documentation • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general admin tasks • Support management with ad-hoc projects as needed
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • Experience in QA, data review, or campaign management (lead gen experience a plus) • Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities • Strong communication skills • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
