Description

• Identify and engage large enterprise land owners, forest fund managers and prospects across Europe who are suitable for our carbon income programs. • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations. • Lead complex sales negotiations and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Arbonics' solutions to potential customers. • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to leverage market intelligence and develop effective sales strategies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Effectively manage and maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and forecasts using CRM tools. • Represent Arbonics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise sales, with a strong network of contacts within enterprise-level organizations, preferably in the environmental, agriculture, forestry, or carbon credit sectors. • Deep understanding of the European market and experience working with customers across diverse countries and cultures. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in the climate, sustainability, or related industries is a plus. • Proficiency in English • Prior experience in selling environmental or carbon-related solutions. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies. • Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
