📋 Description

• Responsible for developing BIM strategy • Overseeing all BIM work on select projects • Responsible for BIM quality on all projects • Set up processes, methods, and design guidelines for our BIM / CAD projects • Develop and supervise project staff and processes related to the implementation of BIM • Enthusiastic and drive automation processes • Establish and handle Client Relationships • Create opportunities to implement new digital approaches on our Projects • Implement Procedures and accountability in achieving 100 % Quality • Handle and Resolve issues regarding resources/scope/budget • Develop team training plans and contribute to upskilling and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years’ experience required • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and CDE • Must have managed a team of BIM Modellers • Must have established a strong working relationship with Region (US/UK or other) • Experience in the development of 3D models for visualization and Design • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
