📋 Description
• Shift: Night Shift • This position reports to the Premium Audit Operations Manager, and performs and coordinates the processing of low to moderate complexity premium audits with assistance from the Operations Manager. • Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors. • Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing. • Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met. • Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. • Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications. • Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites. • Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges. • Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.
