📋 Description
• Track and coordinate technology deployments with customers and partners globally. • Prioritize support requests from customers with engineering teams. • Refine or create standardized processes for coordination. • Be an ambassador for Arch, fostering excellent relationships with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Project Management with large technology deployments. • Deep experience with Project Management tools, preferably Smarsheets. • Excellent communication skills to manage customer expectations. • Strong customer success focus. • Willingness to manage projects globally, overcoming time zone and language challenges. • Team mindset and comfort in fast-growing environments. • 2 to 6 years of project management experience in manufacturing or software environments. • Fluency in other languages and cultures, particularly related to electronics manufacturing sites. • Understanding of networking principles and/or manufacturing environments. • Passion for connected and sustainable industry.
