• 2–5 years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. • Confidence engaging C-level executives and building trust as a strategic advisor. • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • A strong work ethic - you take ownership, show up consistently, and do what it takes to succeed. • Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems. • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. • A growth-oriented attitude with a hunger to learn and develop within a startup culture. • Adaptability and resilience—you’re ready to pivot quickly and embrace change.
