📋 Description

• Sales of the entire ARD MEDIA product portfolio to assigned advertisers and agencies • Management and growth of existing clients directly or via agencies with a focus on national business development • Development, preparation and execution of sales initiatives and presentations, taking into account national and regional sales strategies • Preparation and negotiation of annual agreements with advertisers and agencies and their ongoing follow-up and expansion during the year to increase revenue • Data maintenance, reporting and preparation of reports as part of sales activities and client management • Active participation in ARD MEDIA sales-related events, category events as well as client and agency events • Support and involvement in sales-related special projects • Continuous, self-directed professional development through market monitoring, analysis and participation in the ARD MEDIA training program

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (ideally in Business Administration/Economics) • Several years of professional experience in marketing or sales departments or in media planning for electronic media • Strong sales orientation and a passion for the media industry, for audio and TV formats and their advertising offerings, as well as for digital and analog quality media • Analytical and media-strategic skills and the ability to translate them into sales presentations • Independent, conceptual and target- and revenue-oriented way of working with strong service orientation and high initiative • Excellent PC skills (MS Office applications — proficient in preparing presentations) • Business-fluent English skills • Confident and professional demeanor, high social competence and strong communication skills
