• Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting. • Initiate pre-hire communications; process hiring and benefits forms. • Handle time-off requests, employment verifications, offboarding, and exit interviews. • Develop and maintain analytical HR reports (headcount, turnover, training, etc.). • Manage ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company-issued equipment. • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail. • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems (e.g., Paychex Flex), and Microsoft/Google Suite.
