📋 Description

• Deliver Level 2/3 support across Windows, Linux, macOS. • Diagnose and resolve complex server/workstation issues. • Use RMM tools (Datto RMM, N-able, Nagios, Cacti) for proactive monitoring. • Troubleshoot VoIP, IPTV, and internet service issues. • Configure/manage LAN/WAN, WiFi, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing. • Specialise in Unifi/Ubiquiti Networks; manage multi-tenant setups. • Conduct network/security assessments; recommend improvements. • Administer Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 environments. • Maintain accurate records in Autotask, IT Glue, or similar.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in MSP/IT support environments. • Strong Level 3 engineering background. • Proven mentoring/leadership experience. • Expertise in Google Workspace, M365, networking, and cloud platforms. • Certifications preferred: Google Workspace Admin, CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft.
