📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive data products for the FinSys Data Platform team. • Develop and optimize data pipelines using ETL tools to ensure reliable data delivery. • Support critical business functions across Accounting, Finance, Payments, and Tax teams. • Ensure improved data availability, quality, and reliability for multiple stakeholders. • Manage workflow orchestration and pipeline scheduling across big data environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python skills; ideally Senior-level, 5–7 years of experience • 5+ years in a Data Engineering or Data Warehousing role • 5+ years building data pipelines using ETL tools (dbt preferred) • 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Kafka, Spark, or similar • Extensive experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases • Expertise in workflow management and pipeline tools like Airflow • 5+ years of coding experience (preferably in Python) • Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience) in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within agreed sprint commitments • Comfortable working in highly collaborative, cross-functional Agile teams • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
