• Generate and qualify new sales leads • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) • Attend trade shows and industry events • Travel up to 25% of the time to prospects, conferences, and key clients • Maintain an understanding of government procurement rules and regulations • Assist non-profits with grant writing and fundraising strategies • Maintain and grow relationships and close sales • Learn advanced technical laser product knowledge • Perform laser demonstrations for potential customers • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Previous sales experience with corrections facilities, law enforcement, or similar • Success and efficiency in responding to government RFPs • Strong desire to learn about laser tattoo removal and other aesthetic procedures • Ambitious and outgoing personality • High integrity and ethical standards • Persuasion skills • Excellent communication skills • Self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision • Comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot or equivalent CRMs
