📋 Description

• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of the accounting close by the 5th business day; • Coordinate accounting and tax deliverables with external consultants, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to international standards; • Consolidate monthly financial statements and prepare annual financial statements (IFRS); • Supervise compliance with tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions; • Implement improvements to accounting processes supported by automation and technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and tax, with exposure to international structures; • Strong technical expertise in consolidation and preparation of financial statements; • Deep knowledge of IFRS; • Fluency in Spanish and English (including technical communication and writing); • Proficiency in SAP and Excel; • Familiarity with Power BI and accounting automation tools; • Technical rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to deadlines and detail; • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
