• You have 3+ years experience as a System Administrator, ideally at a startup or midsize company • You have hands-on experience with GCP, Google Workspace, and preferably Salesforce + Twilio • You have experience supporting macOS systems and managing them via MDM (Kandji or similar) • You have familiarity with network troubleshooting, security best practices, and IT audits • You have strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills • You’re a clear communicator and trusted collaborator across technical and non-technical teams • You’re a scrappy and independent problem solver • Bonus/ Nice-to-Have: Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
