📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) on Astrea’s Growth squad, you will create intuitive and persuasive experiences that help users continue to see value in the product while increasing retention, expansion, and revenue. • You will turn data, experiment learnings, and feedback into actionable solutions, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to design, measure, and iterate on experiences that support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Design or a related field. • Experience in UX/UI and with data-driven continuous improvement cycles. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar). • Experience with end-to-end design processes (discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration). • Comfortable working with metrics, instrumentation, and analyzing results in partnership with Data teams. • Experience with usability testing and rapid iteration. • Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Growth). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and everyday tools (Jira, Notion, Lovable, Replit). • Nice to have: Experience with Claude Code. • Experience with Product-Led Growth strategies.
