β€’ Empower organizations to hire, promote, retain, and compensate employees fairly β€’ Guide customers to achieve workplace equity goals β€’ Communicate with customers about their ongoing workplace equity needs β€’ Work closely with Implementation, Sales, Domain Expertise, and Product teams β€’ Build relationships that lead to renewals and upsell opportunities β€’ Identify and synthesize evolving customer needs β€’ Participate in training to understand workplace equity nuances

Requirements

β€’ Several years of demonstrated experience in Customer Success β€’ Demonstrated track record in managing large enterprise Fortune 100 companies β€’ Proven ability to engage and multi-thread with C-Suite executives & SVP level β€’ Passionate about closing pay gaps and creating fairness in the workplace β€’ Self-starter who thrives working independently β€’ Deeply curious and willing to explore all aspects of the platform β€’ Willing to ask questions and seek support β€’ Stellar communication skills to connect with a range of people β€’ Comfortable with selling the value of workplace fairness solutions β€’ Bring empathy, calm, and confidence to help customers β€’ Proactive and highly organized with excellent time management skills β€’ Excited to own and drive initiatives within Syndio β€’ Located or willing to work east coast hours
