📋 Description

• Ensure efficient management of the company's financial obligations, maintaining strict control of due dates, tax compliance, accuracy in postings, and strategic support for cash flow, directly contributing to the area's financial health and organization. • Receive, verify and post invoices in the ERP • Validate tax withholdings (IRRF, PCC, ISS, INSS where applicable) • Classify expenses by cost center and accounting nature • Schedule payments according to internal policy and cash flow • Perform daily bank reconciliations • Issue and verify bank transactions • Monitor due dates and prevent interest/penalties • Maintain up-to-date control of actual vs. projected cash flow • Liaise with and negotiate with suppliers • Support the monthly financial close • Identify opportunities for process improvement and organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Mandatory experience with ERP systems (SAP, Protheus, TOTVS) • Strong knowledge of: • Invoice posting and verification • Accounting classification • Payment scheduling / bank payment processing • Bank reconciliation • Provision control • Cash flow management • Intermediate Excel (minimum): • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP • PivotTables • Financial formulas/functions • Verification of tax withholdings • Fiscal validation of invoices • Verification of CNPJ, fiscal data and nature of operation • High level of organization • Attention to detail • Analytical mindset • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Proactivity in identifying inconsistencies • Clear communication and professional demeanor • Critical thinking • Strong problem-solving skills • Proactivity in process improvement • Critical analysis
