📋 Description

• Focus on the design, development, implementation, and support of EDI, electronic commerce, and application integration solutions • Assess, analyze, and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner • Execute and maintain implementation processes and train internal and external stakeholders • Mentor Implementation Analysts to ensure adherence to company standards • Manage client expectations and timelines leading up to the go-live of complex accounts • Analyze test data to find root causes, trends, and gaps • Work with development to gather requirements and test new features • Lead internal technical trainings and operationalize new products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278 • Over 7 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare space • 5 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations • Familiarity with APIs • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities • Experience gathering data, functional, business and technical requirements • Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle is a plus
