• Axiom Learning is a startup in the education space, dedicated to empowering students of all ages to find happiness and success. • Seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Developer to take ownership of the development and ongoing maintenance of assessment and curricula products. • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of digital products while driving the development of new features in alignment with the product roadmap. • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of web app development and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience as a full-stack web developer with proficiency in front-end and back-end development. • Primary tech stack: Python (Anvil), PostgreSQL, HTML/CSS/JS. • Strong experience with database design & management, REST API integrations, and cloud-based deployment. • Familiarity with the education technology space is a plus but not required. • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, start-up environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
