📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with your team and engineering leadership to uphold high standards for design, implementation, performance, and security • Partner with the product team to ensure solutions align with customer needs • Design and develop new features that enhance our platform • Maintain, improve, and extend existing functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience; Salesforce certifications are a plus • Interest in developing on Salesforce Health Cloud to support Care Navigators delivering follow-up care services • Experience configuring Salesforce components such as Omni-Channel, Flows, Messaging, DataRaptors, Document Generation, Call Center tools, and roles/permissions • Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and an understanding of Governor Limits • Experience building and maintaining custom Apex REST services, triggers, asynchronous jobs, and batch processes • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and Git-based source control • Strong data migration skills using tools like Data Loader, Salesforce CLI (sf data), Workbench, or Bulk API • Solid Salesforce administration and configuration skills, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets • Ability to troubleshoot and debug using Developer Console, Debug Logs, and related tools • Experience with AWS Connect voice integrations is a plus • Experience with AWS, serverless technologies, Python, Java (Spring Boot), or JavaScript frameworks (such as React) is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions. • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments. • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions. • The ability to travel periodically for work.
