• Develop and manage a national pipeline of K–12 districts that match Bark’s community and engagement priorities • Lead outreach, discovery meetings, and presentations for district leadership, including superintendents, principals, counselors, SEL directors, and student support teams • Communicate the value of Connected Communities, including program objectives, student benefits, and community impact • Secure agreements to run Connected Communities programming in selected schools and districts • Guide districts through scheduling, planning, and alignment required to bring Connected Communities to their schools • Coordinate with Bark’s school facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery and exceptional on-site execution • Develop champions across district staff involved in digital safety, mental health, SEL, or student services • Partner with Marketing and Delivery to refine outreach materials, messaging, and program success metrics • Work with Delivery to ensure strong district relationships and to support follow-up engagement cycles • Own the district- and school-level pipeline from initial conversation to activation • Meet quarterly targets for school and district activations • Track downstream engagement metrics that support Bark’s broader D2C growth strategies
• Five to ten years of experience selling into K–12 school districts • Experience working with curriculum, SEL programming, student support initiatives, community engagement programs, or K–12 professional development • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with superintendents, principals, counselors, and student services leaders • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills • Experience managing long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles in education • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage a national pipeline • High empathy for educators, students, and families; mission-driven mindset
