The product is aimed at startups through enterprises to simplify listing, sync stock/prices across channels, accelerate fulfillment, and scale cross-border sales.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning of the annual events calendar (company-owned and third-party), aligned with marketing and sales objectives. • Coordinate end-to-end execution: briefings, vendors, budget, logistics, booth setup, scheduling, and post-event activities. • Negotiate and manage vendors, partners, and sponsors, maintaining control of deadlines and costs. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure each event generates pipeline and strengthens relationships. • Define and monitor KPIs (leads, cost per lead, attendance, event NPS) and report the ROI of each initiative. • Ensure a seamless participant experience from invitation through follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in coordinating or producing corporate events. • Experience in the e-commerce, SaaS, or technology sectors. • Strong budget and vendor management skills. • Availability to travel and work on-site during events.
