• Build compelling business and technical cases that articulate the “why” behind product decisions, clearly defining expected customer outcomes and the metrics that will measure success. • Craft detailed, valuable feature specifications that resonate with both customers and internal teams. • Own the end-to-end roadmap for your assigned domain, from strategy definition through execution and performance monitoring, while contributing to the overall platform roadmap. • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution across the product lifecycle. • Provide clarity and direction to other teams by effectively communicating the roadmap and strategic plans for your domain. • Take ownership of developing and executing winning product strategies that not only create great products but inspire and motivate others to join you in achieving that vision. • Cultivate a deep understanding of the customer, building empathy for their challenges, opportunities, and motivations. • Be a passionate evangelist, both internally and externally, for the product and its vision. • Develop strong business domain knowledge in advertising with a focus on the end-to-end advertising experience. • Lead the ongoing discovery, definition, and validation within your domain to stay competitive and innovative. • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform and adapt your domain’s product strategy. • Manage tradeoffs in time, capabilities, and cost during development to ensure the achievement of product goals. • Break down complex problems into actionable backlogs that drive design and development, consistently prioritizing what's most impactful. • Clearly communicate product roadmaps and their benefits to stakeholders across the organization. • Work in collaboration with other Basis teams to synchronize release strategies and ensure successful product rollouts. • Apply your knowledge of agile practices to help guide and lead cross-functional teams through development with confidence and adaptability, leveraging your technical skills to navigate complex software challenges.
• 5-10 years of experience in agile software development environments, including at least three years in B2B software product management. • A strong ability to define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and customer needs. • Proven experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and balancing short-term wins with long-term product goals. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and iteration. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence decision-making at all levels. • A deep commitment to customer focus, using insights and feedback to drive product development and deliver exceptional user experiences. • Adequate technical acumen to effectively manage and collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring technical feasibility and excellence in product delivery.
