📋 Description

• Coordinate and support project portfolio administration and reporting • Monitor project intake queue, support initial research to document business case • Support the creation and maintenance of team resources • Support onboarding needs for future new PMO teammates • Coordination of time-tracking for project management • Coordinate system demos and workflow walk-throughs to enable business leaders’ decision-making • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Support Arrowhead Programs Project Management Office (PMO) with project portfolio administration • Coordination of new requests, creating and maintaining team resources • Support PMO best practices and coordination of enterprise resource groups • Provide project management support utilizing standard tools and project management skills • Engage in relationship management during project activities with internal and external teammates
