• Outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, etc. • Ability to target specific-sized companies by employee count, gross revenue, industry vertical, geography, or other means • Build and nurture business relationships to generate new business • Prepare and present Marketing, Analysis, and Recommendations • Prepare and present product demonstrations both internally and externally • Attend and participate in Finalist Meetings with the Bennie Team and Prospects/Customers • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline • Qualify inbound leads • Target key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences • Network with Market influencers, other account Executives, Consultants and Partners
• 2-5 years of sales experience • Experience in the benefits market and knowledge to be able to speak to large groups on their health benefit programs • Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed) • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed in a work from home environment • Adaptability to new initiatives • CRM Experience
