📋 Description

• Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies. • Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employees. • Qualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws). • Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 deals. • Experiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count) • Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders. • Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business, not a checklist. • Based in NYC or willing to be, with 3 days in-office presence. • You’ve already played with AI tools (Claude, Clay, Apollo, n8n) and you have opinions about what works. • You write outbound copy that doesn’t sound like a template. • You have a side project, a newsletter, a Substack, a GitHub, a TikTok, something that shows you build things. • You know your way around HubSpot, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
