• 1+ years of relevant experience with prior experience or exposure to Mutual Fund operations or the financial services industry preferred • Proven attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate, repeatable tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to follow structured processes and detailed instructions • Basic time management and task prioritization skills • Proven organizational skills • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision in a team-oriented environment • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
