πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Process vendor invoices for assigned properties based on requirements and procedures set by the Company and ensuring timeliness of invoice processing, correctness of invoice processed, completeness of support, and accuracy of general ledger account used, and data entered into Yardi. β€’ Set up new vendors in Yardi for approval by the Accounts Payable Lead. β€’ Prepare reports for the accounting team management, as assigned. β€’ Prepare year-end IRS form 1099 to be issued to vendors. β€’ Complete other projects and tasks assigned by accounting management.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ CPA license required. β€’ Graduated cum laude or better from university. β€’ Broad based accounting for real estate experience a plus. β€’ Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties. β€’ Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Must possess a strong work ethic. β€’ Must be a team player. β€’ Yardi experience preferred.
