📋 Description

• Responsible for development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions. • Manage/multitask on several large assigned projects. • Gathers requirements, performs analysis, develops, and maintains interfaces and applications. • May include cross-team coordination and cooperation within the EHR application team, Ancillary team, or vendors. • Participate in resolving cross-functional issues that are escalated throughout the development, testing, implementation, and support of the lifecycle. • Supports assigned production environments, troubleshoots technical application issues, documents incoming requests, whether handled internally in IS or with a vendor. • Delivers high-quality support during the implementation of new interfaces. • Provides on-call/after-hours support as required. • Prepares and maintains documentation, including analysis, design, programming, and standard procedures. • Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department and/or customer. • Achieve and maintain required certifications, if applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 3-5 years of related work experience working in an Information Services department or software vendor organization within the healthcare industry. • Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to the functional area and related systems. • Bachelor's degree preferred
