📋 Description

• Define growth hypotheses and design A/B & multivariate experiments to test those hypotheses • Prioritize, manage and maintain a backlog of growth and engagement experiments • Translate experiment results into actionable insights and roadmap decisions • Lead the design and implementation of gamification features • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics to assess impact of experiments and gamification features • Collaborate cross‑functionally - with UX/design, engineering, data science/analytics, marketing • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar growth/product‑growth role) • Demonstrated track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests in a live product environment • Hands‑on experience building or contributing to gamified features (points systems, achievements/badges, leaderboards, reward mechanics, challenges, etc.) • Strong data‑driven mindset; comfortable working closely with data analytics or data science teams • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills • Experience working in agile environments, managing product backlogs, and coordinating across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams • Familiarity with behavioral design, game mechanics, user psychology, retention strategies, and growth loops
