Description

• At Bitly, we harness data to drive strategic initiatives and improve decision-making • Data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and present findings • Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs for decision-making • Utilize advanced SQL & Python expertise in the Data Warehouse • Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleaning and validation processes • Translate complex data insights into clear, concise reports and visualizations • Generate reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with up-to-date information • Collaborate to define KPIs and metrics for tracking • Leverage advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning for predictive models • Collaborate across departments and provide data-driven insights • Ensure data protection compliance and implement security measures • Continuously update skills and knowledge in data analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in BI and Analytics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets • Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Looker and Looker Studio • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously • Expertise in SQL, Python, and Data Warehousing - you write reproducible code and have a tendency toward automation • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets • Consulting experience welcomed • Experience with Saas is welcomed • Experience with applying analytical methods and machine learning algorithms such as regressions, clustering, classification, optimization, dimensionality reduction and other advanced analytics techniques
