Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years (Sr. Manager level) or 8+ years (Director level) of experience managing operations teams • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations • Experience with Jira, Tableau or similar operational platforms • Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing operational processes • Familiarity with project management tools and software • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
