Description

• Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new pharmacy partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our network. • Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects that enhance our operational efficiency and scalability. • Proactively identify potential issues across supply chain projects and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring a seamless operation. • Identify and implement best practices for program management and supply chain operations to continuously improve performance. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Revenue/Growth, Patient Services, Finance, and Legal to ensure cohesive program execution and address any challenges. • Develop relevant internal and external SOPs to reflect market best practice, partnering with internal stakeholders and providing direction to our external pharmacy partners. • Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain. This includes addressing inventory disruptions, pricing concerns, and routing challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting and/or operations/program management experience at a high-growth startup (pharmacy experience and/or healthcare tech experience is preferred). • In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively. • Experience in defining, implementing, and managing Service Level Agreements with an emphasis on performance monitoring. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Track record of achieving and surpassing strategic account management targets. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
