📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers—from discovery to deployment • Conduct requirements gathering workshops with enterprise clients to understand business needs • Configure RightCrowd software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements • Integrate with third-party systems including PACS (e.g., Lenel, HID, Genetec), HRIS, and IT directories • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to clients and internal stakeholders • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues during project delivery • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live stabilization • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration • Familiarity with physical security systems (PACS) or identity and access management (IAM/PIAM) is strongly preferred • Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise SaaS environments • Strong understanding of access control workflows, compliance requirements, and security operations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred • Nice to Have CCure 9000 MAS/SAS experience
