Requirements

•Proven track record of impactful UX work that directly contributed to business goals, with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of management experience. •Demonstrated ability to find simple, innovative solutions for complex problems •Strong team leadership and mentoring experience, with successful hiring outcomes and experience growing a team and team capabilities from small to large. •Deep user empathy, especially in complex purchasing situations and marketplace environments. •Robust processes for problem discovery, research, and design validation •Expertise in design thinking and helping teams focus on critical issues through framing, prototyping, and feedback loops. •Proficiency with latest design technologies and in particular Figma.  Strong understanding of front-end technologies and design patterns.
