📋 Description

• Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia del equipo de Customer Success (CS). • Diseñar y escalar la experiencia Farming para maximizar el valor y la lealtad de nuestros comercios. • Transformar el feedback en un motor de mejora continua para Bold. • Liderar y desarrollar el Squad de Customer Success, definiendo la visión, estructura y procesos óptimos. • Establecer la cultura del equipo, enfocándola en el crecimiento, la retención, y la defensa activa del cliente. • Ser el dueño estratégico de la métrica Net Promoter Score (NPS) de Bold. • Trabajar de la mano con los Product Managers para traducir la Voz del Cliente en requerimientos de producto prioritarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial, Economía o afines. • 4+ años de experiencia en equipos de Producto, investigación, marketing o similares. • Preferiblemente experiencia en Startup. • Deseable Postgrado. • Manejo de Excel Avanzado. • Conocimiento y experiencia en investigación y Análisis de resultados.
