• You develop a market-ready digital product from an initial idea together with clients and an interdisciplinary team — from discovery and concept through to implementation. • You independently plan and facilitate discovery workshops and translate their outcomes into clear requirements and product decisions. • During concepting you develop target-group-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, e.g., through user interviews and usability tests. • You write epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, perform acceptance checks, and support implementation. • You coordinate the refinement of design and software architecture in alignment with clients and other stakeholders. • Together with project management, you plan implementation with respect to timeline and budget and coordinate the required team effort. • You plan and oversee go-lives and are responsible for store releases. • You document feature scope in accordance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 / IEC 62304. • You contribute beyond individual projects by developing methods, processes, and our internal product management practices; you apply AI tools appropriately where relevant, share knowledge, and actively contribute to interfaces and organizational structures.
• Several years of experience (at least 4 years) in agile product development of digital solutions — ideally as a Product Manager, Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, or Product Designer/Strategist, preferably in the digital health sector. • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., digital health applications, medical devices, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304) is a plus but not required. • Strong knowledge of UX-related methods such as Design Thinking, user interviews, and discovery formats. • You analyze problems in a structured way, derive clear requirements, and develop viable concepts and solutions. • A solid technical understanding and preferably experience integrating AI technologies into products in a meaningful way. • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent decisions, lead stakeholders, and reconcile different perspectives. • In addition to technical aspects, you consider commercial aspects and are comfortable working with project managers to monitor project control and budgeting. • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment. • You are business fluent in German and English.
• Varied tasks through diverse, meaningful projects • Modern working environment with flexible location within Germany (100% remote possible) • Flexible working hours based on trust and flat hierarchies • 30 days annual leave • Company pension scheme and private supplementary health insurance • Dog-friendly office in the heart of Hamburg • Fresh fruit, muesli bar, free drinks — plus a PlayStation & foosball table • Bicycle leasing and Deutschlandticket (commuter rail pass) if you regularly work from the office • Regular team events, summer parties and Christmas celebrations
