Description
• The Director of Distributor Onboarding & Development will co-lead the onboarding and integration process for new distributor partners within our Feel Free Authorized Distributor network • Design and manage the onboarding program for new distributors, ensuring a comprehensive and effective transition into the DSD network
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in distributor onboarding, training, or sales within a DSD model • Strong leadership and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively • Experience in creating and implementing training programs and workshops • Knowledge of the functional tonic industry is a plus
