•A Field Reimbursement Manager - Midwest at BridgeBio, you will work as an individual contributor. •The position interacts with large, complex accounts to support patient access within the aligned therapeutic area. •Proactively providing face-to-face education on access and affordability programs and patient support services. •This position involves strategic thinking, expertise in reimbursement, and an understanding of healthcare regulations.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, etc.). A master's degree or equivalent is a plus •Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience •Cardiology, oncology, or rare disease experience is preferred •Ability to work independently and in a team environment •Experience in market access, patient access, or patient services •In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements •Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders •Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools •Commitment to patient-centered care and ensuring access to innovative treatments •Travel 60%
