Description

• Lead analysis efforts to unlock growth insights from the company's large pool of data • Define growth marketing metrics, optimize marketing spend, and develop a learning agenda • Build data visualizations that provide insights into the business's performance and size opportunities to improve strategy for macro and micro levels • Partner with data practitioners, business leaders, software engineers, and product managers to grow the company sustainably • Mentor fellow analysts, helping them grow their skills and introduce new ideas to iterate on processes and deliver more robust data products • Audit and improve growth marketing reporting dashboards

Requirements

• Passion for growing a mission-based company serving a financially vulnerable population, curiosity and drive • 4-6 years of experience analyzing digital/marketing for any consumer product sold online, particularly at a high-growth company, and ~2 years at a subscription-based company • Advanced SQL, experience with dbt a plus • Experience building marketing dashboards, identifying funnel issues and diagnosing issues efficiently • Well-versed in executive-level presentations of data • Experience with A/B testing for growth • Capacity to manage stakeholder relationships independently • Success identifying relevant population segments for various use cases • Familiarity with media mix modeling
