• Conduct research to identify relevant events, venues, and opportunities. • Manage event administration, including maintaining event info documents, arranging services, booking/sourcing travel options, and ordering supplies. • Assist in keeping event and partnership budgets up to date to ensure accuracy and adherence. • Update and order marketing collateral as needed. • Sort and summarize meeting notes; assist with assigning and tracking action items. • Conduct outreach to potential partners via email and LinkedIn to schedule calls; maintain and update partnership trackers. • Send biweekly news and updates to counselors for referral opportunities. • Send biweekly news and updates to ambassadors to keep them informed and engaged.
• Strong English speaking skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to adhere to set processes and timelines. • Excellent written communication skills. • Experience with Google Workspace; familiarity with Hubspot, Slack, Airtable and marketing tools a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience supporting events, partnerships, and/or field marketing teams preferred.
