• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
