📋 Description
• Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business • Evaluate project team performance to ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met • Serve as a technical liaison, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; facilitate meetings to ensure project progress • Oversee the design of new products and evaluate market performance potential • Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to promote data-driven decision-making • Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology—including AI—to improve business outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
