• Gather, analyse and validate customer requirements, simplifying complex information and identifying true business needs. • Translate requirements into clear technical/functional specs, process documentation, and platform configurations. • Design and implement insurance product and claims data models, user interfaces, user journeys, and business rules using the platform’s configuration and scripting tools. • Prepare and execute system and integration testing, support customer UAT, and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements. • Define data transformation and mapping needs for data conversion activities. • Facilitate workshops and discussions with technical and business stakeholders, creating strong written and visual documentation. • Manage customer queries during the project and coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure successful delivery. • Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and change requests, maintaining up-to-date project documentation. • Collaborate with the development team on new platform features and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, ideally in complex system environments. • Solid background in producing documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications, and process maps. • Commercial experience across both waterfall and agile methodologies. • Experience configuring or implementing large, complex software solutions. • Good understanding of relational databases. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills. • Experience in general insurance (policy and/or claims) is highly desirable . • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Flexible remote working aligned to Sydney hours (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday)
