📋 Description
• You'll be working fully remotely! So, whether in pajama pants and a button-down or taking calls at a coffee shop, you design where and how you work each day. • You will work with a variety of clients, requiring the ability to shift contexts, communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and evaluate needs. • You'll have the opportunity to build robust accounting processes and systems for our clients. Understanding and embracing the agile and scrappy nature of startups is essential.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CIMA Qualification preferred. • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a startup environment. • Experience using QuickBooks Online. Bonus points if you have experience using the classes feature of QBO. • Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems. • Experience working remotely and developing strong team relationships based on trust and accountability. • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Willingness to follow established policies and procedures accurately. • High level of confidentiality while working with sensitive client data.
