• About Burq • Burq started with an ambitious mission: how can we turn the complex process of offering delivery into a simple turnkey solution. • We started with building the largest network of delivery networks, partnering with some of the biggest delivery companies. • We then made it extremely easy for businesses to plug into our network and start offering delivery to their customers. • Now, we’re powering deliveries for some of the fastest-growing companies from retailers to startups. • It’s a big mission and now we want you to join us to make it even bigger! 🚀 • We’re already backed by some of the Valley's leading venture capitalists, including Village Global. • We have assembled a world-class team all over the U.S. • We operate at scale, but we're still a small team relative to the opportunity. • We have a staggering amount of work ahead. • That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to grow while doing the most important work of your career. • Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing: • Director of SMB Sales • As the Director of SMB Sales, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while managing and growing a high-performing sales team. • You’ll build a scalable and repeatable SMB sales engine, leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales, CRM analytics, and relationship-driven selling to exceed revenue targets. • This is a critical role where you’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on sales strategies, refine processes, and drive business expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of sales & sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS. • Proven success in scaling SMB sales teams and meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets in a high-growth or scale-up environment. • Expertise in building and executing sales pipelines, identifying new opportunities, and growing existing customer relationships. • Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong data-driven sales management skills, including funnel management and forecasting. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Value Selling) and the ability to train & develop sales teams effectively. • Strong leadership & coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams.
