• Scale user acquisition efforts for mobile growth • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition strategies • Collaborate with product, data, media partners, and creative teams • Conduct market and competitor research • Track campaign performance using analytics tools • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for the board. • Run A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features
• User Acquisition Strategy & Execution • Proven experience with User Acquisition, with a strong focus on mobile apps. • Expertise with MMPs and leading performance ad networks. • Experience with Singular is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and full comprehension of KPIs such as CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback, and churn. • Hands-on experience with mobile-first strategies, activation funnels, and performance optimization. • Prior experience working in cross-functional squads (marketing + product + data). • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
