• 8 to 10 years of Data Center and implementation experience • Minimum 5 years previous supervisory experience • Certified with IBMs technology (Power7, AIX, PowerHA, TSM) • At least 5 years of experience with AIX • At least 3 years of experience with PowerVM • At least 3 years of experience with VMware or a competitive virtualization software solution • Knowledge of Storage Area Networks and IBM branded storage (V7000, SVC, XIV, DS8K, DS5K) • Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN) utilizing ISCSI • Detail oriented and willing to work as part of a team • Customer service oriented to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction • Strong troubleshooting, research and communications skills • Ability to multitask on multiple clients' needs
